Leroy Welsh also known as “Secure” of Victoria, St. Mark who resided at Gouyave, St. John, passed away on Saturday 1st August, 2026 at the age of 63  

Brother of: Eileen, Joslyn and Michael Welsh aka Nuke, Uncle of: Andrea, Sharlyn, Indra, Shermanda, Shayanne, Andre, Denva,Tyron, Teron, Kenroy and Alice Welsh-Patterson who resides int the USA

Many friends and other relatives including: the Nedd family of Maran, Anne-Marie Dabeau, Yolanda George, the Curwin family of Victoria, the Nicolas and Jeffery family of Chantimelle, Pastor Anois Macauly and members of Bright Light Independent Baptist Church at Gouyave Estate, St. John, Pastor Jeremy Scott and members of Victory Baptist Temple Church, Victoria, St. Mark, Ilis Francis, Management and staff of JTRG Gouyave, St. John friends and neighbors of Bonair, Central Gouyave Estate and surrounding areas.

Funeral service on Monday 31st August, 2026 at 1:00 pm at the Elim Pentecostal Church, Boyke's Lane, Interment at Dougaldston Cemetery
